    Ordering is simple! As a local, family-owned and operated business, we take pride in providing personal service. You can place your order by Phone, Text, or Email, and we will be happy to assist you directly.




• How long will it take to receive my order?

    We move quickly! Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Once received, our staff will contact you with an estimated completion time or shipping details.
  Custom Orders: We welcome custom requests. Digital Projections offers high-quality products and specialized services with fast turnaround times and competitive pricing.




• Can I pick-up my order?

    Yes! If you are in the Calgary area, you can save on shipping by picking up your items. Just specify "Pick-up" when placing your order, and we will contact you as soon as it is ready. Location: We are located in N.W. Calgary, conveniently close to the Crowfoot Centre. Note: As we are a family-run operation, please always arrange a time with us before dropping by to ensure someone is available to help you.




• Are all products in stock?

    While we maintain a large local inventory, some specialty globes and software are brought in or drop-shipped directly upon your order. This ensures that our customers always receive the most recent models and the latest software versions available from the manufacturer. Even for items not currently on our shelves, we are usually able to fulfill most orders very quickly.




• What are the shipping options?

    Within Calgary: We offer local delivery for a small fee, as well as easy in-town pick-up.
  Outside Calgary: We ship via FedEx (Express or Ground), UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post / USPS. We always select the most economical and practical courier for your package.
  Your Preference: If you prefer a specific carrier or wish to ship collect using your own account, please specify your details when ordering.
