Digital Projections offers high quality custom engraving and etching. There are so many applications in which engraving is used, one example is: Engraved wall plaques for lobbies, corridors, offices, show homes, or for your home. These engraved signs offer beautiful aesthetics, a custom product with neutral colors to match any decor. Normal turnaround is about 2 to 4 business days depending on workload. We also offer graphic design, and a pdf or jpg digital proof will be provided before we start Engraving. Custom made to order from scratch. Options & Material:
1) Engraving on Plexi / Plastic: The most popular choice for an Engraved Plaque is 1/8" or 1/16" thick plexi / plastic media:
- Brushed Alum over black: Text/graphics come out black. Plaque face is brushed silver. Edges black.
- Black over white: Text/graphics come out white. Plaque face is black. Edges white.
- White over black: Text/graphics come out black. Plaque face is white. Edges black.
- Other standard colors available: Please ask us.
The Engraved Plaque can be displayed on its own and glued directly to the wall, mounted floating off the wall with the addition of our sleek stand-off hardware (see example below), or custom picture framed with your choice of moulding: Framing Services
Digital Projections also offers custom die-cutting of individual letters, shapes, and logos out of Acrylics / Plexi, solid Aluminum, Octolux, Intecel, Alupanel, Ultraboard, Vinyl, Foam Boards, Crezone, and many other material: Custom Letter Die Cutting
Other applications - Digital Projections offers custom cutting, engraving and etching on Acrylic / Plexi, Glass, Metals (Aluminum, Brass, mild Steel, Stainless Steel), Plastics, Wood (clocks, jewelry boxes, promotional items, memorabilia, & of course plaques.) Custom sizes for engraved plaques are available. Stand off hardware (shown) is normally in stock. The finished engraved plaque is very easy to install, and looks both professional and beautiful.

2) Laser Engraving on Stainless Steel: A good option to consider, specially for an outdoor Plaques is Engraving on Stainless Steel Plate. See the photos above. Very cost affective, and the life span of Stainless Steel is very long. The solid black engraved artwork / text on the Stainless Steel will look fantastic for years and years. Very durable, and commonly used for outdoor signs in the oil patch and on commercial and residential properties for its beautiful aesthetics. Digital Projections offers this service at an affordable rate and very fast turnaround. We also Laser Engrave coffee mugs, cups, and other items the same way.

3) Deep Rotary Engraving on brushed silver Dibond: Great economical option for larger text and logos - Great for both Indoor & Outdoor uses. Please let us know to quote you.

4) Rotary Engraving on Solid Aluminum & Paint filled: One option to consider, also great for indoor and outdoor durability. See the photos above. Thicker gauges available, as sample above is 1/8 inch thick, 1/4" thick no problem. Sign is rotary deep engraved, black paint filled, and baked. It's very impressive aesthetically. 5) Direct Printing Signs: Another option to consider for your indoor or outdoor sign is digital Direct Printing on brushed silver or white Dibond. This allows for full UV inks / colors to be introduced onto your custom sign. The UV ink will sit on top of the durable surface of Dibond. This process is commonly used for larger pieces in color for indoors & outdoors applications. It will normally cost less than Stainless Steel for large items, and the life span for indoors & outdoors is excellent.

6) Cut Vinyl Signs: Custom Vinyl sign design, decals, stickers, signs & lettering. A popular option for a simple colored sign is using Cut Vinyl on 3 mm brushed silver or white Dibond. Offering great durability, high contrast in colour, and it's very pleasing esthetically. Great for both indoors and outdoors.
