- How can I buy a listed product or service?

- How long would it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours, and our staff will contact you with an estimated time for shipping.
Custom orders: We will contact you within 24 hours as well, and provide you with an estimated approximate time of completion. We offer fast turnaround on most orders.
- Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, just specify when placing your order, and we will contact you when your items are ready for pick-up, and provide you with our current address in N.W. Calgary.
- Are all products listed in stock?
No, but we carry in stock a lot. Some globes and software we'd bring in or drop ship directly upon your order placement, and we are usually able to fulfill most orders quickly. This process also insures that our customers are getting the most recent models or software versions available from the manufacturer.
- How do you ship my order, if I require shipping?
We usually deliver it ourselves to anywhere in Calgary, or you can pick it up, or use your own courier for the pick up. Outside the city, we will use FedEx Express or Ground, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post / USPS, which ever is most economical and practical for your package. If you prefer a certain courier over another, we will use them. We can ship pre-paid or collect (if you have an account with the courier), please specify.
